There was a loose wire they made me aware of. They said they didn’t know what it’s supposed to be connected to. There’s an intermittent squeak/squeal that wasn’t there before the repair. The interactions with everyone was top tier. The calls, in person, rental vehicle, just everything was so easy and informative. I like the frequency of updates. It wasn’t overwhelming.

My service advisor was extremely helpful he went the extra mile for me. He gave me weekly updates to keep informed on their progress. I commend him because at the I had an attitude with him. He defused the tension and reassured me that he was going to make me happy. He did better I have a brother for life. Hector is the best. Good Ford

Thank you! If you have a little bit of whit pearl paint, I need a dab for this little corner near the back fender where it is rusty from an old scrape.

Took vehicle back for lack of paint on front of wheel repaired ok run in paint below left tail light repaired ok but two inches from the run there is a dent they didn't repair found out after pulling my trailer they didn't wire up the seven way trailer plug correct

My husband & I are very satisfied with the repairs done to our Lexus ES350. We received updates at least 2-3 times per week. The estimated time for repairs was very accurate and when we picked up our car, it was spotless, they waxed it and looks like they did a detail clean inside. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I told the guy I dropped it off with, that I wanted a replacement, not a repair, and they did so.. I also picked the car up, that I bought new 2 years ago, cleaner than I bought it new.
