Lincoln provided exceptional & gold star quality customer service. He was welcoming, calming through a challenging situation, excellent & regular communications & updates, managed the confusing & conflicting insurance issues, provided images, & many other helpful communications. The collision techs did a suburb repair job. My car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. For a difficult situation, Lincoln managed my case with efficiency, excellence, knowledge, friendliness & absolute caring which was extremely appreciated.

We brough a wrecked Dodge Mopar to Crest and we asked to have the car put on a lift to verify the prepair of the car. We offered to pay for the inspection on a lift and they didn't do that. We understand that you are representative of USAA who is low balling us on the repair calling a total when it's not and we have proof that.

I liked that we were communicated regularly and the expectations were clearly communicated regarding the scheduling, etc. Also being able to return the rental car there saved us hassle!
