Eddie did a great job communicating with me. He updated me regularly. The only problem was that it took so long to finish which wasn’t Eddie’s fault. I am happy with the finished product. Thank you.

Promises on completion changed repeatedly. Expectations were not set as to the timing of repairs. Interior damage caused by crest- now I am inconvenienced again to get it repaired. Having to call to ask about repair status- would never use again

The quality of the repair work appears to be satisfactory. The time to complete the work was totally unacceptable. All I got were almost 2 months of "supply chain/part delivery" excuses. Funny how when I finally got fed up and asked for the required part #, I was able, in less than 10 minutes, to find no less than 12 Genuine Toyota parts available for immediate shipment. I had it in my hands within 5 days and if I hadn't delivered the part to Crest myself, I would probably still be waiting for my car.

Communication was poor. Email sent, but I didn't see it so time in the shop was there an extra week. Service manager should have called when I didn't respond to the email. Service manager said he wood call, but then he only texted.

The color is slightly off and my car is 2 years old. I came to crest because that is where I bought the car from. Plus my car sustained hail damage while at your lot and you were not willing to co er it under your insurance which I know you have. It took 4 weeks for a minor tail light and rear bumper repair and then my car was held hostage until all insurance funding was received. If i would have had it home sooner it would have been in my garage and not sustained any hail damage, which is where the rental car was. Will not be back.

I like the way my car looks. I think you did a good job and I am happy with the glass, I think. However, I felt it took too long to get my car back. Two months is too long. I also feel you held a carrot out by saying the glass would be in. You did this 4 times. A two week job that you promised me at first turned into two months. Sara S
