Front passenger door is gummed up after repair. It is slow to respond to key fab button command. Was not an issue prior to service. Service took too long for a simple repair. It seemed like they were squeezing money out of me for the rental car, which you are associated with.

The repairs to the bumper were not completed correctly. The fasteners inside of the fender wells into the air dam underneath or not reconnect it properly. There’s also a problem with a previous repaired done some months ago. The trunk does not close smoothly and there is a gap between the interior lining and the exterior bumper that was not there before.

My car was in a wreck almost a month ago and grand prairie ford was one of the places I could take my car in to get repaired. I honestly picked this place because my car wasn't drivable and it was down the street from me. I called and spoke to Jeff and he arranged the pick up for me to where I didn't even have to worry. I was getting emails, text messages and even phone calls from Jeff keeping me up to date with the progress of my car and getting it back on the road. Jeff went above and beyond and took great care of me and my car. Super pleased with the service!
