I am not satisfied with the service because I strongly believe the internal communication between staff should get better to not make the client waste her/his time. I was told my car service only needed 40 minutes to be completed, I requested time off work to get it done but to my surprise, after driving for an hour to get there, I was told the staff forgot to coordinate the service with other workers to make sure my car was ready, so they made me drive again another day to get it finished because the job was incomplete. On top of that both times I got there, the front desk had no idea about my appointment, on the second day the lady wanted me to pay again and I told her to look at my paperwork because it was already done. I suggest the staff gets organized. THERE IS NOT NEED TO CALL ME BACK FOR FEEDBACK. Thank you.
