A scratch remains near the damaged area on the car. However, one of your representatives noticed it too and made a note on the paper work. I should be contacted on Monday .

I an very satisfied with the service that I received from Trophy. However, I am very unhappy about the experience I had with Allstate and the handling of my claim. I was without my car for 59 days due to them not submitting my paperwork timely and following up on the status of my vehicle. I actually called you all about my car 28 days in, only to find out that my paperwork was never sent over to you al and no work had been started on my vehicle. Allstate totally dropped the **** on my claim and now do not want to be held accountable for rental overages. Thank you all for always providing a great experience during my purchase and this repair. I am satisfied with the repair but there are a few molding issues that i will address with my rep on Monday.There was glass shards on the floor and in some of the seats. The seats and dash had dust on them. The rear seats had glass and dust in the creases. The outside was detailed fine but it looked like the inside was not done at all.
Awesome service. Every time I need collison repairs , trophy Nissan is the place I choose.
Better automated communication. I took my Juke in for repair on a Tuesday for front driver side damage and repairs were completed the following Thursday. I only received 2 text updates during this time. Not a big deal because every time I called it received great service and accurate updates.

Repaired it n a reasonable time
They kept in touch with me and notified me every other day on the status of my vehicle repairs and made it so easy. Just dropped my car off and they took care of everything. My vehicle was even fixed a week before the promise date.
Trophy's repair team was excellent. The turn around time couldn't have been better. The employees who helped set everything up for me were remarkably efficient and conscientious. The only problem I had was with Enterprise Car Rental Agency which offices in Trophy's building and handles the customers referred through Trophy to insurance company I dealt with. There was a definite disconnect between Enterprise and Trophy and Farmers Insurance, which handled my claim. Enterprise could never find the information they needed at the time it was needed. The one person who worked for Enterprise was overwhelmed with telephone calls both times I was there, making it impossible to carry on a conversation with her and give her any information. Additionally, she would never accept the information Trophy's agents attempted to give her. The experience I had with Enterprise Rental left me frustrated and uninformed and I feel they are ill equipped to handle the business they have and are not good representatives for Trophy Collision Center clientele. My experience dealing with Trophy was above satisfactory. My experience dealing with Enterprise was beyond frustrating!
I loved the daily up-dates that were sent, made me feel like first rate attention was given. I would show the messages to my family and they were empresses also. They would have to call each day about their car and try to track down then one who had the answers that day

The original completion date was pushed back and pushed back and pushed back. I had to call to follow up on the car as well as stop by. When I finally picked up the car on Saturday morning, the knob to my radio was missing, the paint job on the bumper on the driver side was not neat. The service advisor took pictures of my concerns and stated that a notation would be made. I was to be contacted by Jesse the rep for MetLife. It has been 3 days and there has been no contact made by anyone from Trophy Collision Center. I was set to have another vehicle repaired by Trophy Collision Center, I will be having my insurance to cancel the check and send me to another repair place.
After a horrible experience with Chuck, Yesenia took care of things exactly how they should have been from the beginning. She definitely deserves to be rewarded.

I received a call two days PRIOR to my completion date that it was ready only to find out that I am driving it and STILL have to take it back, this will be twice taking it back, due to the poor follow up of inspecting it to competition . Totally disappointed again due to the fact that I am now having to leave work and cancel appointments because of the lack of workmanship done to my vehicle.
