Did not like the pickup protocol. When picking up my car the employee said that she had to have payment or she would have to keep the keys. I would have thought that the
Insurance payment had been worked out. Poor performance on this part.

My service was for an alignment and resetting of the ESC and tire pressure monitor system on my Jetta after sliding on ice and hitting a curb. My TPMS now has an error and is not working properly. This will require me to make another appointment for diagnostics and repair.

The receptionists, Kate and Ashley were incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Their competence made the choice of using Tom Wood easy. My advisor Josh, was patient, kind and answered all my questions. His communication throughout the repair was excellent. My car was in tip top shape inside and out!

Although they said the car had been washed, it had small black particles on the finish similar to fly ash. They wiped off but still a nuisance.
