****. Computer derived scheduling is a shadow response and of frustrating usefulness 2. Full disclosure regarding delays required deep questioning 3. Subaru parts order delivery and service delayed 4. Expenses associated with rental far exceeded expectation because of delays 5. End of day, last minute notice of car readiness 6. Interior windows, spare tire compartment a mess at pick up 7. Read gate switch required service before leaving 8. Original navigation settings cancelled without reset attempted 9. Fine buff like scratches notes in various locations and reported before leaving
