Status of repairs was provided as the repair progressed. Completely satisfied with Concierge Collision Repair. Have used Concierge for auto body repair in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

First of all, I am always looking for a stress-free experience when it comes to getting a service. I want the service I asked for. I also really need customer service representatives to be kind, patient, and reasonably responsive. For example, good accurate info and updates are important to me. I know sometimes things go wrong in life or get delayed. I’m totally fine with that. I just need service reps who would extend the same consideration to me that that they would want if it were them…keep me in the loop if something comes up…or help me troubleshoot if I need help with the repair process. I hate having to look over someone’s shoulder to make sure they do a job right. I say all of that because the service representatives were all stellar in these areas of service. It was actually a relief to be able to call and get the info I needed Every. Single. Time. The work on the car was beautiful, (maybe better than the original paint job????). Both service reps in the front, (I believe their names are Edgar and Kevin) they were both phenomenal! Talking to Edgar felt like talking to family. The very first day…my instincts told me that I could trust me and he was sincere. Kevin went the extra mile to be available, help us get the appointment scheduled. They both were easy to get a hold of and called us back when they said they would. They were knowledgable and resourceful. Thanks a million!

Thank you guys for a job well done it looks like there was never any damage on there after you guys finished your work I’m making personal time to make some chocks for you guys for your flatbed trucks and some blocks that I’ll be bringing by to drop off later as I come across from some job sites that I’m working close to I already spoke with the contractors they said that would be fine for me to take some blocks after They finish the building process
