Kevin and Edgar were so wonderful. They kept me updated and made this experience so pleasurable. It’s not easy having a car accident. They were kind, and so so helpful to me during this process. I was completely surprised at the care and support that they gave to me, and my car is beautiful. The incident was scary and I hadn’t had an accident in dozens of years. So not knowing what to do first, they were such a gift, to help me through this difficult situation. I was informed, and kept up to date. My car was back a week early. Kevin and the team did a wonderful job. From the time I first spoke with Kevin on the phone, he was always courteous and informative. He helped facilitate the rental car company picking me up when I dropped my car off for the repairs. Every step of the way, Kevin kept me up to date on the status of my car.
