I have lived in Austin for 30 years now and have had several incidents that required auto body repair and I have all of them fixed at E&S. Between State Farm and E&S I have gotten excellent service each time. The length of time the company has been in business and the consistency of service are a rare achievement in this modern world.

There was lack of communication all throughout the process. I was told that I will get regular updates, but if I hadn’t called multiple times, I would not have known the following: ****) there was a delay because they were waiting for parts 2) they found additional damage 3) they are are still awaiting approval. All the while, I was told it would be ready in 3-5 business days, then became July 30th, then Aug 3rd. Marty did apologize, and he said that this is a lesson learned for future contacts with customers.

Should lock trucks in their possession so they aren’t broken into on their lot like mine was. E&S also left my tool box unlocked and tools were stolen after ES found a way to unlock my tool box without telling me or asking for the key!
