I was told my truck would be ready September 19th. I was sent several text messages stating it was on track for the 19th and then it changed to the 30th and I was never given a reason for the delay. All total, you had my truck for 34 days (I don't think it took that long to build it brand new). The length of time cost me 4 extra days of a rental that my insurance did not cover. The Rep left me a message stating that he would talk to the management about covering those extra days. But when I picked up the truck, it was not covered. In addition, my truck originally had a hitch with a three in drop. It was replaced with a hitch with no drop and the longhorn emblem on the tailgate was not replaced.

The truck took a long time to complete because it had to wait for machines to complete the work. I was notified 4:20 pm on a Friday that my truck was completed and the shop closed at 5 pm. I had to rush to pick it up and get the rental back before it closed at 5:30. I did not get to inspect the work. When I came in the next week to talk about my concerns, Mike blew me off and did not offer to fix the misaligned hood or mention the lining was missing.
