I appreciated how quickly I was able to get the car in for an estimate (immediately after the accident), how quickly I was able to get my car in for repairs once the other party made the decision to go through insurance, and how little I was inconvenienced when my car was in the shop only one day and fully restored and cleaned, too. Manuel was courteous and professional, and I appreciated his phone calls through the day to update me on what was found during the repair. Super service!

The entire process ran like a well oiled machine. Roy and Amanda were courteous, professional, and friendly. When I arrived every thing was ready to go. I went before work so I planned accordingly and they were so proficient that I was at work 30 minutes early. The lady at the desk could not have been nicer or more helpful. All personnel that I dealt with were friendly and very courteous, The appearance of the repair was good. THE COMPLAINT: The driver's door was NOT REASSEMBLED CORRECTLY. IT RATTLES INSIDE, WHERE IT NEVER DID BEFORE. Now I have to be inconvenienced to take the car back and get this corrected. SECOND COMPLAINT: Lower edge plastic trim on driver's side is not properly attached.
