I was expecting my car to be finished on 9/7 because the insurance company was taking a while to approve the work. Since Trevor and his team had ordered the necessary parts when I first brought the car in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on 8/31 that it was in the paint shop and would be ready that afternoon. A whole week early! This was my second experience with Chapman Collision and I wouldn't trust my Audi to anyone else

Brian did an excellent job taking care of me, keeping me updated, and informed through the whole process of my repair! Great guy with awesome people skills! I don’t know any of the folks names in the back that did the body/paint work but a huge kudos and thank you to them as well! My car looks great!

The staff at chapman collision had great customer service. My car was fixed very quickly they did a great job! The only thing I would recommend is that the staff looks at the pictures taken of the vehicles. They should compare how the car looked when it arrived and how it's looks before they call the customer to pick it up. This can help employees catch any damage. Overall great experience I would definitely use them again. Thankyou
