Your estimate mimicked the $660 estimate of USAA base on a photograph. I had two estimates that far exceeded your estimate which I shared with Brian Galaz. The final bill came to over $****,760. The two other estimates were from local shops in Green Valley. I chose your shop because of some excellent previous work you had done on a Honda Fit for me and because you were a USAA shop. The work done on my 2017 Prius appears to be excellent as it was on the Fit. The estimates for time and cost however were in my judgement poor. When I spoke with Alicia Kujan (tel. ****-****-xxxx) on Tuesday, my USAA claims representative, she indicted no one from your firm had spoken with her about the increased cost. Brian told me if I dropped the car on a Monday I would have it Friday evening - add five days to that and you have the real time of repair. I did receive emails from your office that kept me abreast of the cost and time delays - without explanation. Bottom line Quality of Work "A", Rest of the experience "C-" - without the emails would have been lower.

I was at no point informed that my car would be repaired with AM parts and not OEM parts, nor asked about how I feel about the use of AM parts (unless of course there is no option for OEM).
Also, some sticky residue (my guess is clear coat) was deposited unto both my windows on the driver side which I now have to scrape off.
Information on what possibly dissolves that easily but does not damage the car would be wonderful.
