The repair was great to the antena.
The person who did the job on my car left foot prints in my back seat.
Also I notice that the small cap to the back windshield is missing. Also they left the serial tag sticker on my antena. Not ti happy driving around with that green sticker on my antena .

My experience was absolutely great!! I was scheduled for my estimate quickly and an appointment for my repairs was a week later. While other establishments couldn't schedule me for ****-2 months out my truck was completed with in a week. Andrew was very thorough and while I was there he fixed my hanging muffler so I didn't have to utilize my car rental days. I could not have been happier with the turn around time and attention to detail with my trucks repairs. I highly recommend them for service and informed Liberty Mutual of the outstanding service I received.

My car came out , as it went in, and had an extra noise. Bumper was not repaired, as it was damaged like it went in- it did not fit snug to the car, it’s loose. Scratches & divids in it, where you said you painted. Compound and a hand print was on the car when I originally attempted to pick it up. No concern for the customer as the car was not prepped to be picked up, nor was the repair done correctly. This cost me more money to have your work redone at another shop, and another car rental. I would not recommend your facility for any repairs.

After a couple of issues in the beginning of the process, the dealership responded to those issues in a most powerful way. The follow-up was outstanding and their above and beyond effort was greatly appreciated. The key people in service continue to work through issues not caused by them. My hope is between the new building and more loaners and less stress on the dealership with an impossible amount of vehicles to remedy, **** will return to their well earned reputation in the industry.
