I came to pick up my car and what was done was was beautiful. However there was a misunderstanding with USSA who did not realize that the bumper needed to be repaired from damage sustained. Once I called my adjuster, they agreed that it should be taken care of at their cost. No one at **** Collision was at fault and I have an appointment t to have the remaining work completed. I have always been very satisfied with the work done, and appreciate the consideration and professional work done by your employees. Both in the office and the shop.

When I was in my accident my insurance initially recommended a d different body shop and I said I wanted one related to my Honda. I was then referred to **** Pontiac. I am really happy i did.
