Every one was extremely helpful especially Michael.He made sure that not only my car was okay he made sure I was doing okay He even helped me get my rental car and returned it for me when my car was done. My car looks like a new one.

since I have a Genesis, part of the "deal" was loaner availability for regular appointed work. I originally made the appt online and when it got close found out that online was not reliable which I think is a problem. I made a different appt for routine maintenance three weeks later. only to find out that no loaner available. this was problematic, but i was able to rearrange my schedule but very disappointing

Overall, **** Collision did a fantastic job with repairs and gave exemplary customer service. Major repairs were completed in less than 2 weeks. However, I had to come back due to radar sensor malfunctions. They were able to complete the repairs at no cost to me except adding around 25 miles to my mileage. I also noticed they only buffed out the scratches on one headlight (passenger side). I do recall pointing out both headlights upon drop off. They were able to quickly buff out most of the scratches. I double checked the headlight a couple minutes after leaving and I noticed there were still scratches.
