Although the staff was kind they did not complete the job with detail. The hood of the vehicle was not aligned correctly. More importantly they replaced the battery with smaller battery. The smaller battery shifted around on the battery tray causing it shortly at the positive terminal against the frame of the car. This have could been very fatal if we were traveling at a increased speed.

My Carstar service was superb. The quality of workmanship was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. They gave me an approximate date for the work to be completed and that happened just as expected. They reviewed with me exactly what they did and directions for post care until the new paint had time to cure. And I was totally surprised and excited about the extra service of cleaning my car (inside and outside). My CRV looked like a new car!!!! And that is not all, they will do the same two more times at no charge! First time ever experiencing this type of service. I will definitely give their name to others.for repairs.
