This was a very easy process to use carstar. I am a USAA member and carstar is one of their providers. I contacted the local carstar, made an appointment, dropped the car off and when I came to retrieve the vehicle, looked like my original paint! Very happy.

I found a crack in my air box that wasn't there previously. Its not a big deal,,, its plastic so its bound to happen. I just wanted to let you know to warn your technicians that some people are **** holes. They could make them better to start off with. Again, im not mad about it, but I can ser where some people would throw a fit over it. I would definitely use yall again.

My car came back to me in worse condition than when I dropped it to them and it had to be taken to a different carstar to be repaired correctly and I'm still not satisfied but it isn't worth the headache at this point to deal with carstar any longer. I know next time to go elsewhere.
