The staff was friendly and competent. I was very pleased with the level of communication while Abra had my car.
There was a final detail on my car involving a dealership sticker that had some air bubbles and bumps. The Abra rep acknowledged the sticker, requested that I give the sticker 48 hours, and contact him if I was not 100% satisfied. The sticker can be replaced and a new one can be applied if needed.
I plan to follow up with Abra on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 due to the Memorial Day holiday.
