When we dropped off our car meeting the tow truck cul threre, the two women at front were very rude to my husband. The next day when I came to get some things in my vehicle they told me that my vehicle was in back and I could go grab whatever I want it back there. Didn’t make me feel very safe about the contents of my vehicle Justin came out, didn’t introduce himself, then refused to walk the car with me and told me sorry we can’t do anything until your insurance gets here. Not a very warm feeling. When I had my car moved to another body shop they refuse to release my car until the bill was paid. I called and reminded them that there was a claim through insurance and they would definitely be paid not to worry. She still refused. As I was awaiting my CT , I had to call my adjuster who then called and paid . They still refused to release the car until she had a copy of the check because she didn’t trust Allstate. Bad business all around. I can see what you have terrible Google reviews.
