Bill did an excellent job taking care of my van and keeping me informed. He went above and beyond to look into my concerns and to make sure that my issues were addressed and resolved. He even managed to make sure the job was completed ahead of time. Jacob Diercks was amazingly kind and gracious. From the start, he provided very kind, gracious, and detailed guidance and recommendations.
