When I received my XT5 back. I didn't notice right away that my radio wasn't working until the next morning. My phone's Bluetooth automatically connects so never thought to check my FM/AM stations. Next morning took my kids to school and wanted to listen to my morning station. My radios stations were not picking up. I figured it may have been a disconnect from the repairs done. Bill took care of it right away. He was extremely helpful and making sure everything was always communicated with me on repairs being done.
