Great service

I had repairs done after an accident in which my ranch hand grille guard was replaced. The grille guard was tilted upward with about a 3 inch gap between the it and the fender after the accident and returned this way after being replace. I told them this was not right and that it needed to be flush with the fender. They took my truck back and attempted to fix it, and did a decent job but it is still not 100% flush. So much so that they had to put a shim behind the hood lever so that it is tilted at an angle as well so the hood can open. Without this, the lever would contact the grille gaurd and not allow for the lever to be pulled enough to open the hood. A clear indication that the job was not done correctly. This also leads me to believe there could be an issue with the frame being bent up at an angle and this is being ignored. I was assured this was not the case and there was no issues with the engine, but now I have noticed that my exterior thermometer gauge on my dashboard is showing incorrect readings (90 degrees when it’s 50 out). Probably a minor issue, but still concerning that there may be other issues. It was a hard impact on the truck and the grille guard took the most damage, but who knows what else could be wrong. I did not want to ask for this job to be done for a third time just to receive the same result. The staff are all very friendly, but I feel like the job is just not perfect. I was at the same location under a month before this incident for repairs after a break in and that job was done perfectly. I thought I could expect the same results again.

I was happy with the job done. However, the passenger’s floor mat was left dirty and dusty. My windows were left with very noticeable streaks. My suv was very clean when I dropped it off at Service King.

They called, explained updates even when I was probably annoying to call. It was quite suppose to be ready days before, but it was within The Government Shutdown. They called, waited, were everything Military needs, and non-military if so. They hustled so much I was grateful. Husband said thanks to the Manager, and Enterprise directly.
