Hi. The reason Insaid no is because my vehicle is not put back together properly. I have to go back again this week to have it corrected. The seatbelts in the back passenger, one do not retract for adjustment. Both covers are not in proper place. The other seatbelt, is not in the right place (lap belt is inside the casing, which means the lap belt will not be useless. That’s after two weeks of waiting for the completion of repair and three different estimated time of completion given to me. The mechanic or service host who helped me though and the manager were really helpful and apologetic with the different dates but I did tell them that I didn’t mind at all just as long as it’s done the right way. The professionalism of your staff is very commendable. The concern seemed to be genuine and it’s unfortunate that I have to return for the second time.
