Once I was finally given a valid appointment everything was perfect until the end. I first attempted to get an appointment by driving to your office to make the appointment in person to be told she was unable to make the appointment in store due to her system giving her problems. She gave me the call center number to make an appointment, as well as an email address to send my estimate from USAA. I call the number only to have them tell me that I had to call the office in order to get an appointment. I call to make an appointment over the phone, only to show up and have them tell me I don't have an appointment. I called again, this time once again through your call center. This time it went through. I bring my car in and get a rental only to find out that they have not ordered any parts yet. My insurance is not going to approve any days of my rental car in which the parts weren't ready. Other than and not being told to bring the check my insurance cut when I picked up my car, it was a very good experience. I was kept apprised of the progress, and worked with in picking up my car.
