Unfortunately I have had to have my car fixed three times. I have used Service King all three times and they have been awesome. They are courteous from the time you walk in the door, they are knowledgeable and they get their great work done in a timely fashion. The car has looked great each time I got it back.

work on exterior great mechanical was sub par. I am not satisfied with the outcome. the service tech was changed and was not aware of the problem .when i asked him what was done to remove the steering problem he said i had a bad tire end of conversation. I took it to the tire company where i purchaced the tires, they could not find a problem, .There is still a noise that was nit there prior to the accident, and the car is now pulling to the left,when i recieved the car it was pulling hard to the left, tech said alighnment met specs, but now it pulls to the right???? somebody is trying to pull something . I am not a happy camper. Dont know what my next move is , but the car does not sound or drive as id did before the accident , as promised by your company.
