Took a very long time to fix my car and had to take it another shop to fix which I was not aware of. Kept changing my completion date multiple times . Not all the lights in the car were clear or turned off . When I left the tire light was on and when I went back the guy looked at the car and put air in the tire . Then I was rude with me told me he knew everything about cars when I asked why my tire light was on when I went to leave to begin with . Then they over charged me on my deductible that I wasn’t suppose to pay . I wish I would have known they couldn’t fix my car in the first place and had to take it to different shop I would have not brought it there in the first place . I felt like I was lied too .

Paperwork I received made it look like claim was completely covered. Payed my deductible only to find out days later someone had made a mistake. Amount Geico showed was completely different than my copy. 2-3 business days after, get a text threatening being sent to collections. That my friends is ****!
