CONS: Was told vehicle would be ready in 7-10 days. Picked up vehicle 17 days later. Made plans around 7-10 days, not 17 days. Everything looked great until I got home and noticed small dots in the paint; possibly dust or small bubbles in a few places on the hood.
Other than that, everything looks great

Such a great experience! Henry and Carlos were amazing... like family! Great repair work, totally met our needs, and the car was completed 3 days early!!! I was so stressed with the tiny rental car that could barely accommodate our family. A little thing but so important to me was that Carlos moved my car seat from the rental to my car... he was so kind and caring and I really needed the help. Have you considered over-estimating the time it will take to complete repairs? In my case, you had trouble with both aftermarket and brand parts, so I picked up my SUV on Wednesday, but it was promised it on the previous Friday. If I had been told three weeks, rather than two, the Wednesday pick up would have been early. I had worked my schedule around the two week/Friday pick up. Of course, an early pickup would have played havoc with my schedule, too. Maybe your way is fine. I chose your shop in Bulverde because I had used your shop in The Woodlands. Unfortunately, I live about 80 miles away.
