Repair took exceptionally longer than estimated. 8-14 days..and it was 2 months. Car was dirty upon pickup..unable to check if paint even matched...got conflicting messages from robotext and voicemails ftom repair center. I will not take another vehicle to service king.

The customer service was unbelievable! Henry made sure I was kept up to date every step of the way. I received texts and phone calls about every two days. These calls were not from just a person sitting behind a desk and it was their job, it was Henry himself! He was always courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions. Updates were great...a little overboard with texts and phone calls giving me the same updates, but it's ok. The last phone call I received said the van was ready and he personally drove it. All is well. Well, I pick up the van. Jake didn't go out with me to check the van before I left service king. I get home and see the new panel that was put on, sticks out. It looks horrible. I called and Jake didn't seem all that concerned. Stated it probably just popped out. Well, now I HAVE to take it back to get it fixed. Huge inconvienence. We work and have 3 kids. I dont have time for their careless work.
