This is my second experience with the Bulvurde Service King and I am nothing put impressed by the professional service and follow through. Henry went out of his way to make sure the noice that was happening was figured out and stopped. The rental car and insurance processing went very smoothly. The truck looked like new when it was returned
to me. They really know how to make a bad situation, like your truck being damaged, be a little less stressful.

We thought it took way too long for the repairs to be completed our service was very helpful and answered all our questions
At the beginning we were told 7 days but it took almost 30 the car looks and runs just fine but only time will tell

Very courteous. Especilly appreciated their high standard for quality workmanship. Had to replace bumper on car among other things. But, inspected first bumper considered it unsatisfactory and sent it back for replacement. That is doing the right thing even when customer is not watching---integrity at its best!!

We did not accept the vehicle because:
****. Paint work was not finish well, was not smooth
2. Sensors were not install properly
3. Interior fabric is soiled with what appears to be grease
4. The cover on the muffler is bent
5. The overall paint finish is not smooth

I submitted two claims on my truck. Only one of the claims was repaired. I intentionally did this while I was out of state on vacation. It will be very inconvenient for me to have my truck encumbered for repair since I do not have car rental insurance coverage. As a regular customer to service king I was disappointed my entire truck wad not repaired as planned. Please know I appreciate the quality work does and I hope you will be willing to reach a reasonable agreement on rectifying this situation.
