I had service done before. Took a chance to use Service King again. The color of the door repaired, the driver's side door is completely different from all the other doors. Very dissatisfied. It doesn't drive as smoothly. Oscar said because of the one new wheel they placed on the car. Oscar was very kind, patient & helpful. May talk to Corporate about this issue.

The person that helped us was unclear about repairs and sometimes rude when I asked for Clarification of what was being done and why. It was not until we picked the car up and spoke to another gentleman on Saturday that we understood why one of the repairs that we had been told was needed by another shop was not done. An explanation is all we were seeking and the person who initially took care of us seemed upset that we were questioning what was done. I have had repairs done at your I-20 location and received excellent service and was kept informed each step of the way. I was very disappointed with this location. I did not even receive a call that the car was ready. I had to call and the reply that I got was "Oh yeah it's ready" very unprofessional. Won't do business with this location again.
