For some reason a part here and a part there kept needing to be ordered.
The ETA was reset 3 different times causing delays and interruptions in my daily, weekly schedule.
The text message communication didn't add up with the phone conversations I was having with my rep.
Needless to say my vehicle is up and running again.
As a matter of fact it looks great but I can't believe it took soooo long for professionals to handle what was needed.

My windshield wiper hose had to be repaired and because of the broken hose, all of the fluid had leaked out after my accident. Service King repaired the hose but did not fill up the reservoir. Other than this minor mistake, everything else was wonderful! Oscar was great and so was the front desk representative. Enterprise was also wonderful. Great experience!
