The shop did not do a thorough check on my vehicle doggie the damages that were to be fixed. I had to return it twice for missed repairs, I have yet to receive my vehicle. They also failed to keep me updated as promised.

Using oem parts would be better. Fitment could be ever so slightly better. Overall satisfied
Also, invoice says bumper cover replaced, and when I picked up the car, it wasn't replaced, just repaired says the lady and you can tell. Either way I would've been paying the deductible in full, but the insurance would've gotten billed less had they not charged full price to replace bumper. Also, 201 for a single aftermarket headlight seems heavily up-charged.
