Your service rep John Sursa was very thorough in he's explanation of the work to be performed on my vehicle . He was also very courteous and concerned with any questions I might have. When I received my car it was poorly washed they did a very poor job with taking off the wax and the paint didn't look like it match the color of my car. I'm disappointed how they installed my hood, the hood on my car is supposed to stay open but when I open it my hood kept coming down. Will not be back and will not send any referral. Stay away from service King
