My Service King advisor, Andy Pastran, was amazingly considerate and thorough. He facilitated all the necessary paperwork and also arranged to have text messages sent to me about the vehicle repair as it proceeded. He personally test drove my vehicle prior to turning it over to me and pointed out a small painting blemish on the left front door which he asked me to arrange to take back to be buffed out. I could not get that done on the Saturday morning I picked it up but will arrange to do so later. Bill Avant
