There are some issues now when we turn on the lights, a weird sound and vibration happens in the car. Never happened before and we definitely need the car fixed 100%. When we start the car, there is a vibration under the vehicle that causes a noise and vibration that wasn't there before the accident. I don't want my daughter driving the car like this as whatever is the cause is malfunctioning. We need this fixed

My vehicle was damaged while in Service King's care. The pictures Service King took at the time were very good. They asked that I bring it back this week for the repairs. I left Service King to pick up my grandson at school. I did not realize that they had disconnected the seatbelt for the front passenger seat until he could not use it. We had to untie the knot in the seatbelt and then refasten the belt to the car. I learned more about a seatbelt connection that I had ever thought about before. The car will be brought back for the back driver-side fender to be repaired.

I was told by Garrett Williams when I dropped off my car that he would call me before lunch to give me an update on any additional damage. By 4pm I hadn’t heard anything so I had to call him to get an update. I was told that the areas mostly done but needed the license plate bracket which would arrive first thing in the morning. The next day I still had not heard anything about my car until I called them at 5:10pm. I was told that Garrett was not working that day and the service manager would check on the status of my car. My car was magically finished at the exact time that I called to get an update. I had to rush to the shop just to get there before closing to pick up my car. The lack of customer service and communication was astounding. Luckily the repair work was satisfactory.

Teresa and Benny are outstanding. She does a wonderful job in greeting folks as we enter, getting us taken care quickly and kindly. The process to have my car repaired after a small accident was seamless. I simply dropped off my car, visited with the representative from the attached Enterprise office, and drove away in a matter of minutes. I especially appreciated the daily updates on the status of the repair via phone messages and texts when I was unable to answer the phone. All employees were especially friendly and helpful.
