The car was not ready when we got there. It smelled like mildew and the footprint of the crook who broke into the truck was still on seat. It made a horrible situation worse

after I waited in the parking lot in the 101 degree heat with my baby and all of her belongings, waiting for my car to come, ap still off of my car when she pulled it up to reveal that the entire wheel casing was still bent they drove it back and I continued to wait. finally I walked back and they said "sorry ma'am we will get your rental car back for you". I am so glad I drove 45 minutes to pick up my car that was not finished and nobody notified me

Disappointed that the repairs were not completed the first time I was told my vehicle was ready and that a couple of new issues had arisen while in the shop, but the manager came out and reassured me that everything would be taken care of next time. True to his word, he made sure EVERYTHING was fixed when I came to pick it up the second time. Will surely recommend this shop in the future.

The repair itself was done well and I was completely satisfied with it, but my car was returned to me dirty on the inside than when I had brought it in. There were very dirty footprints in the driver's floorboard and dirty marks all over the door panels.
