Communication could have been better. I was told 3-4 days for the repair. There was a problem with the bumper and it had to be repainted. That was ok, I wanted it done right. Told the car would be ready Friday, then Saturday, then first thing Monday morning. I called 3 times Monday; car was ready at 2:00. “We’re really busy.” That’s not the customer’s problem. Service reps were always very nice, and my Subaru looks great...really excellent job. I would give you 4 ****/2 stars out of 5 on service, and 5 on workmanship. And I will return if ever I need your help again.

The whole crew at Service King did a great job in repairing my damaged car in as efficient a manner as is humanly possible. I was continuously updated about the progress of the repair. When the repair was completed, and the car was ready for pickup, I got caught in traffic and so I called the repair shop to report that I was likely to arrive at the shop after it was scheduled to close. Mr. Broussard graciously offered to wait until I arrived. Fortunately, I arrived right at closing time and I was able to drop off my rental car and retrieve my repaired car. The repair work looked great, and, as a bonus, the car was nicely detailed. I will certainly recommend the shop to anyone seeking repair of an Infiniti, or any car make/model.

The job took a week longer than I was told and did not get daily updates and had to call about my car. When I did call they made me feel like I was bothering them. I won’t be going back. Do not call because I won’t answer the phone.

I told two different people there that the car windshield was loose and it was raining in the car when I got my car back the front the seat was wet, the floorboard on the passenger side was wet. they left the car out in the rain for two days and they wash the car knowing that the windshield was leaking really bad and the insurance say it was a coincidence that windshield just happened to come loose after I was hit.
