Daniel was very attentive and professional. he even gave me an estimate for a light I was needing for my car. My car looked brand new! when repairs were finished. He kept me updated all throughout the process. other than the long wait to finally get the car back I have 0 complaints. My car was washed and cleaned on the inside as well. Was not very happy my truck sat for 4 days without anything being done
Service king says it was Insurance company for the delay
I talked to insurance and they said it was service king, I just didn’t like my truck sitting for no repairs being done while I had to rent a vechile,my rental was suppose to be 4-5 days and by end it was 12.
