We were kept up to date with progress. When our vehicle was returned to us, the service rep recognized we needed more Freon added to the system and made sure the Freon was added before returning our vehicle to us. I also appreciated the service rep being personal; I had been going through a lot of stress with my husband being in the hospital and he was concerned about how I was doing now. I appreciate the “personal touch” of customer service our service rep provided for us. He really went the extra mile.
