Lam is the best! It **** to get hit by someone without coverage right before the holidays. But you guys got my truck looking great quick and that really helps soften the blow. Only suggestion would be to support your sign that says you support and employ veterans by offering veteran discounts to your customers.
Other than that, service king is great and Lam deserves employee of the year and a raise for his dedication to meet my needs and his communication commitment that doesn’t miss a beat even when customers are pulling him in different directions.

My issue was specific to my assigned advisor, Jordan. He was late arriving for my scheduled appointment which caused additional wait time for me when dropping off my vehicle. Also, we discussed what time I’d be arriving to pick up my car and he wasn’t there. Again, this caused additional delay as I had to wait for them to find my paperwork and then take my payment. He still hasn’t arrived by the time I left with my vehicle.
Everyone else at the location was great so I give Service King a thumbs up ( but Jordan two thumbs down)! Thanks!

I had to return my car because of loss parts and sloppy dirty mechanic work. My service advisor, Daniel was at lunch when i pick my vehicle up. But, he asked me to return and he is VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL. I enjoyed working with Daniel. He called me everyday. The mechanic was disrespectful to me as a woman.
