I took my SUV in to have the front passenger door repaired from an accident. I was told it would take 8 days which was fine with me. I received a call 4 days later saying my vehicle was ready for pick up and when I got my car back the front passenger door wouldn’t unlock with my hand. Prior to Briggs working on my vehicle the door sensor on the passenger door was still functioning as normal. Now my door handle sensor doesn’t work and when I roll the passenger window it makes an unusual noise as if there’s a part that is loose. The repainting portion of the work that had to be done was excellent but I won’t be bringing my vehicle back to Briggs in the future due to the rushed repair to my door.

I was very happy with the work they did. You cannot tell that my car was even in an accident. I was also very impressed with how patient they were about picking up my car. And the bad weather we have had recently, it would’ve been dangerous for me to get down from blue Rapids to pick it up, but they assured me that it was OK to wait and pick it up when it was safe. thank you!
