Everything was just fine except you ordered an incorrect part so I have to bring my truck back in (from Wamego) for that final work. I have been waiting to hear from you that the part is in. On at least 2 occasions I called regarding my repair, was told my call would be returned and was not. I had to call back to get answers. The phone rang 5 or more times before being answered; I usually hung up, impatient over waiting and my call was not directed to an answering machine. On 2 different occasions - for the same repair, I was told all parts had been received and a repair date was scheduled, however not all parts had been received and still missing two parts. I understand the supply chain issues in the car industry, but i didn't receive accurate communication - in fact no communication about parts not received. I told the repair was complete and would be ready at a certain time. I arrived 30 minutes after that time and my vehicle was still not ready. My car is still missing 2 parts
