Work was started on my vehicle prior to informing me that specific requests regarding repairs could not or would not be met. This ensured Briggs would still do the repairs as I would be charged fees to put my vehicle back together in order to take my vehicle elsewhere. One word "Unethical". I hope you are proud of your work.

I had to call on the statis of the the work, the original quote said three days and it took four. You needed an extra day to finish the work and I wasnt called. It wasnt a problem for the extra day but wished you would have called to let me know.

I am not Lisa. Her name is on the title, but I am Paul. There were many things wrong with the way I was treated, but the worst part was it taking a month to get it done. It was one delay after another and never a sorry. I feel lucky just to have my car back. I was wondering if it would ever happen. That is one reason I didn't say anything today when I finally got it back--fear of retribution by Briggs people. I know you are a big company and have a contract with my insurance agent, but I was very very disappointed with the unprofessional rude and carelessness with which I was dealt.
