Repairs were done excellent, however communication on status was poor. Had to call after **** week to find out any status, even the web site provided no information. This could have been because of the Thanksgiving holiday but ongoing status would have been nice

They need to re-buff and wet sand the side that was painted because there is a large amount orange flake in the paint which causes a textured look. Simply it looks like **** . Also there was glue on the window, and upper upholstery from disassembly and painting.
Brought this to the managers attention Paul Bradford GM
He said he is going to fix this.

However I did have to call (twice) regarding the status of my car and it would have been nice if I had received calls from you guys. The first time I called was the Monday after I’d dropped off my car on a Thursday I believe so I was wondering about the status of my car. And then I was told I’d get a call Thursday and it hit 4:40 pm and I hadn’t heard so I called and apparently you were just about to call me but it would have been nice to get a status update earlier in the day so I wasn’t left wondering all day. The work initially was to be done in 2 and at most 3 weeks. I received serveral texts that said the job was on schedule to be done at 3 weeks. I did not receive a confirmed completion thus I called at 11:30 on Saturday. I was told by the central phone service that the office phones were “closed” even though it should not be until noon.
I had still not had the job completed until basically 4 and a half weeks. Thus definitely a reason to be disappointed and subsequently angry for the poor care provided.

Nothing about this repair makes me feel like it’s been done correctly.
The time frame, estimate of costs, repair is horrific (cameras not the same).
The hitch was not put back on and I believe the front lights are different.
It almost feels like they have switched parts on two different vehicles.

Although the work on my jeep is good, the inconvenience of the time frame, communication, and failed promises with excuses was dissatisfying. It was difficult locating rides and inconveniencing family member for rides to work and other places. Three weeks to complete was too long. Multiple completion days were given and changed. Other than that, I’m am pleased with the work that was done on my Jeep. Thank you.
