The outcome of the car is excellent. I have no issue with the skill and workmanship or the timeframe in which it was done. It is however no surprise to the people there that I would not say I was completely satisfied with the experience. I was told the repair would take days and the company knew that I was on vacation ( the first one I have taken in almost 8 months), and that I would pick the car up when I got back, in 10 days.
While on vacation, I received texts telling me the car wouldn’t be ready until 7/10, and then 7/20. I called and spoke to the manager who confirmed the delay. I then had to use time to arrange a rental at a nearby Enterprise, one I would have to pay for, since my car insurance doesn’t cover car rental. The whole process was frustrated and upset me over the week due to multiple texts from the company pushing out the time frame. 7 days into the vacation, I learned that they accidentally had the wrong car in mind, that my car was done, and I could pick it up at the correct time. Although I was happy to hear that, the vacation was interrupted by the stress of this situation and the concern of the costs that were I potentially involved, leading to a less than great experience.
