My service advisor, Karl was super nice! The only advice I would give him is when you tell a customer your going to do something then do it! Or at least explain why you're doing something different. My issue with Service King is the time it took to get my car repaired! You can't blame Tesla for that because the parts that were ordered were in when I brought my car back because my rear tire was wearing to the steel belt on half the tire! Apparently this wasn't caught on inspection and I drove it from Jan 2 to Feb 20! Karl did explain that initially there would be a delay in getting my car back by a week! I was told 3 weeks and then kept getting a text pushing the date out a week until I picked up the car on April 8. I don't know why Service King doesn't expand to more of their facilities to repair Tesla's?? if you're that busy when you put customers off because you can't get their car in it just makes sense to expand!
