Your shop was the closest USAA recommended shops, so we had our leased car towed there after the accident. The accident occurred just before the car lease ended which produced some logistical problems for us. We were also informed by Honda that we needed to use Honda parts for the repair; unfortunately USAA initially refused to cover the parts...
Jeff was extremely attentive, professional, and effective in working with us, Honda, and USAA. We received the car in perfect condition and in time to avoid penalties from Honda related to the lease termination. I could not have asked more and appreciate all that was done on our behalf!
