Lorena Pérez García was the Estimator who took charge of processing paperwork for the repairs on my 2018 Nissan Rogue. Lorena was Professional, Personable and most importantly Courteous. Lorena’s demeanor (I recall) was the same, as the first time I met her a month ago to get an estimate on the cost for repairs. I am glad I had my vehicle repaired at Cerritos Nissan.
